You can place an order directly through our website by adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout. Alternatively, you can visit our store or contact our customer service team to assist you with the ordering process.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and sometimes mobile payment options, however some may not work with our payment platform. Always check that your billing address and postal code are the correct ones associated with your credit card when completing your payment. Please refer to our website or contact customer service for specific details.

If you are making your purchase from outside of Canada or the United States, it may be considered an international transaction by your card issuer and subject to foreign transaction fees or even blocked from making a purchase altogether. If this happens, please call your card issuer to verify your card is eligible for foreign purchases and if there are any additional fees involved.

You can refer to our size chart on the product page to find the most accurate size information. Most of our products run true to size. But it is always best to confirm with the size chart in the product description.

We process orders as soon as they go through the check out. Once your order has been placed, we cannot stop it, we are unable to cancel or make any edits to the order. So, please ensure you have all the correct sizes and styles before checking out.

Returns/Exchanges

Our return policy allows for returns on damaged or defective goods only within 30 days after the tracking status shows delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, then we unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

***We do not offer exchanges for size-related issues so please ensure you have reviewed the size chart for each item.

***Please note that some items may be a FINAL sale and are not eligible for an exchange or refund. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In addition please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be processed after being marked as delivered.

  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and still have packaging and tags on (if applicable).
  • ALL garments are subject to inspection. We do NOT want your pet hair, yesterday's breakfast, or deodorant on any merchandise you send back to us.
  • If you have received a defective item, take a photo including the tag and reach out to us.
  • Please email info@tradeforcenation.com to begin the return process, please note we will only accept returns with an RO number.


We can exchange damaged or defective goods for anything of equal or lesser value (from any category) that is still shown as available on our website in your desired size.

Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not provide a tracking number at this current time. Please be patient and trust that within 3 - 10 business days from the original purchase date your order will arrive.

While we make every effort to ship all orders within that time frame, processing delays outside of our control may occur and unfortunately, we cannot make guarantees on shipping dates.

Should your order take longer than 10 business days to arrive please provide your order number and relevant details to info@tradeforcenation.com and we will help track and retrieve your order.

Currently we do not do international shipping through our current check out system. HOWEVER please contact us and we will look into a custom international order for you info@tradeforcenation.com

At the moment we do not provide express shipping. We are aiming to have this service available in the near future.

Please be sure to enter any applicable promo codes at checkout. If you do not enter one, it can not be reversed. Taxes, shipping, and handling fees are excluded from any discount.

Codes can not be combined with other discount codes and some offers.

Managing subscriptions

To manage your subscriptions, login to your account. Once logged in, preferences can be edited from there. As always if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

***Please note that you must fulfill three months of subscriptions before canceling. You are allowed to change the frequency of subscriptions on your account at anytime.
